Gregory J. Sargent grew up in the 1000 Islands and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, BBA, from the State University of New York at Oswego.  Much of his career focused on the Capital Markets and the Risk Management of Interest Rate and Credit Derivative products.  He completed graduate level credit training programs at two major international banks and has held various positions, as an Employee and later as a Consultant, at some of the top global financial institutions on Wall Street. 

During this part of this career, he and his family embraced opportunities to live in Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin and North America. A strong advocate of honesty, integrity and a strong client service experience, Gregg transitioned into the Commercial Real Estate industry and is focused on growing Baron Realty Group and competing across asset classes Nationally.

Tony Briguglio Has been in the Automotive industry as a leader for over 30 years. He has made a tremendous amount of connections from all walks of life. He continues to Command a room that he is in. He works as passionately as anyone has in this industry.


He is always the first one in and the last one out, and yes, he even works through his lunch. He loves what he does and wants to make his mark in the Real Estate industry in the worst way.

Joseph began his career in real estate in late 1998 after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, BBA, from University of Buffalo. Since then he has dedicated over two decades helping clients buy and sell property with over 3517 transactions and $731 million in sales. A high-touch agent known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients, Joseph's success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.
